Cancellation policy

Order Cancellations

Customers may request the cancellation of an order before it has been processed, packed, dispatched, or collected by a courier.

Once an order has been processed, shipped, or collected, cancellation requests may no longer be possible and the order will be subject to our Returns & Refund Policy.

Custom and Special-Order Items

Orders for custom-made, special-order, or non-stock items cannot be cancelled once the order has been confirmed with the supplier or manufacturing process has commenced.

Cancellation Fees

Approved cancellations may be subject to a reasonable administration and handling fee to cover payment processing, administrative, and operational costs.

Refund Processing

Where a cancellation is approved, any applicable refund will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable period after the cancellation has been confirmed.
