Refund policy
1. No Refund Policy
No refunds will be issued unless the item is proven to be faulty. All claims must be supported with clear photographic and/or video evidence and submitted for assessment.
2. Refund Approval & Handling Fee
Where a refund is approved after inspection, a 15% handling and administrative fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
3. Returns & Inspection
All returned items must be in the same condition as supplied and will be subject to inspection before any decision is made regarding a refund or replacement.
4. Delivery & Courier Risk
All courier and delivery arrangements are undertaken at the client’s own cost, responsibility, and risk. We do not accept liability for loss or damage occurring during transit once goods have been handed over to the courier service.
5. Acceptance of Terms
By accepting this quotation/invoice, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
