Processing of Orders

All orders are processed during normal business hours, Monday to Friday. Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days, subject to stock availability and payment confirmation.

Delivery

RockSpider4x4 utilizes third-party courier services for deliveries. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the destination and courier operations.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated separately and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Risk and Ownership

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon collection by the courier or upon collection from our premises. RockSpider4x4 cannot be held liable for delays, damages, or losses caused by third-party courier services.

Incorrect Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Any additional costs incurred due to incorrect or incomplete delivery details will be for the customer's account.

Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are encouraged to inspect all goods immediately upon receipt. Any shortages, damages, or discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Collection of Orders

Customers may collect orders directly from our premises during business hours once notified that their order is ready for collection.
