  • The Raptor Anti-Corrosive Epoxy Primer Kit (1L) is a professional-grade, 2-component (2K) high-performance primer. It is engineered to provide the ultimate foundation for Raptor Protective Coating, offering unparalleled adhesion and chemical resistance. Unlike standard primers, this epoxy formula creates a completely non-porous barrier that seals the substrate, making it the gold standard for long-term rust prevention and surface stabilization.

Quantity: 1 Kit (Includes 4:1 Ratio Primer and Hardener)

    Fitment

This is a universal high-performance primer designed for application over a wide range of surfaces including bare steel, galvanized steel, aluminum, fiberglass, and existing cured paintwork. It can even be applied over slightly surface-rusted metal (after proper cleaning) to halt further oxidation.

    🔥 Key Product Benefits

    • Extreme Corrosion Protection:

Contains specialized anti-corrosive additives that chemically inhibit the formation of rust. Its non-porous nature prevents moisture and oxygen from ever reaching the metal surface.

    • Superior Adhesion:

Provides the strongest possible bond between the substrate and the topcoat. It is highly recommended for heavy-duty off-road builds where the coating will be subjected to extreme vibration and physical impact.

    • Versatile Application:

Can be applied directly to "clean" bare metal or used as a surfacer over body filler. It levels out minor imperfections, providing a smooth, uniform base for a professional Raptor finish.

    • Chemical & Salt Resistance:

Designed to withstand harsh environments, including salt spray and chemical exposure, making it ideal for vehicles operating in coastal regions or muddy, high-alkaline inland trails.

    • Wet-on-Wet Capability:

Can be topcoated with Raptor Liner in as little as 60 minutes (depending on conditions) without the need for sanding, significantly speeding up the workflow for full-body projects.

    🚗 Vehicle Compatibility

Model Groups: The essential choice for "bare-metal" restorations and high-end 4x4 builds like the Witblitz XJ series.

    Common Applications:

    • Full Chassis Restorations: Provides a "bulletproof" base layer for Jeep XJ, Land Cruiser, or Hilux chassis rails before the final protective coat.

    • New Metal Work: The perfect first coat for custom-fabricated bull bars, fuel tanks, and armor plating that require maximum longevity.

    • Marine & Coastal Vehicles: Recommended for any 4x4 that spends time on the beach or in humid environments where rust is a constant threat.

    • High-Build Surfacing: Excellent for filling deep sand scratches or minor surface pitting in older metal panels before applying the final texture.
